Digital Accessibility
Effective: July 1, 2026
1. Purpose and Commitment
Pacific AI Digital Media LLC (aka PAID Digital) is committed to making the communications, creative materials, digital experiences, and public-information content we produce accessible to the broadest practical audience, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is treated as a core consideration in planning, design, production, quality control, and remediation rather than as an optional enhancement.
We work with government and public-sector organizations whose communications must reach diverse communities. PAID Digital therefore incorporates applicable client accessibility requirements into project planning and delivery and seeks to remove barriers that may affect people with visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, speech, or other disabilities.
2. Scope
This policy applies to PAID Digital-produced or managed communications and deliverables within the scope of our responsibility, including, as applicable, websites and landing pages, digital advertising, social media content, video, PDFs, presentations, email and digital communications, public-outreach materials, and other digital or creative assets.
When a client, government entity, platform, or contract establishes specific accessibility requirements, those requirements are incorporated into the project specifications. Where client requirements are more stringent than PAID Digital's standard practices, the client requirements govern the applicable deliverable.
3. Accessibility Standard
PAID Digital uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a target benchmark for applicable web and digital content. WCAG is an internationally recognized accessibility standard developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
Accessibility and conformance can vary by content type, technology, platform, and third-party service. PAID Digital does not represent that every historical asset, third-party platform, or website component has been independently certified as fully conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Instead, we use applicable accessibility requirements, quality-control review, testing tools, client requirements, and qualified technical resources when appropriate to identify and remediate accessibility barriers.
4. Accessibility Practices
• Video and audio: Provide closed captions for video as a standard production practice and consider transcripts, audio description, or other accommodations when appropriate to the content and project requirements.
• Visual design: Consider color contrast, readable typography, font size, spacing, hierarchy, and legibility. Important information should not rely on color alone.
• Images and graphics: Use meaningful alternative text or equivalent accessible descriptions where applicable to the platform and content.
• Web and digital experiences: Consider keyboard access, logical structure and headings, meaningful links and controls, readable content, accessible forms and calls to action, focus visibility, and compatibility considerations for assistive technology.
• Documents and presentations: Consider reading order, headings, contrast, meaningful link text, accessible tables, image descriptions, and other accessibility featuresappropriate to PDFs and presentations.
• Public outreach: Coordinate accessibility requirements with the government entity or client, including accessible materials, captions, clear presentation practices, reasonable accommodations, and alternative formats when applicable.
• Language and comprehension: Prioritize clear, understandable messaging and logical information hierarchy. Multilingual or translated materials are provided when required by the project or client.
5. Planning and Review Process
1. Identify applicable client, contract, platform, and accessibility requirements during project planning.
2. Communicate those requirements to the appropriate creative, production, media, operations, and technical resources.
3. Consider accessibility throughout design and production, not solely at final delivery.
4. Review applicable deliverables as part of PAID Digital's quality-control process.
5. Use appropriate accessibility evaluation tools and/or qualified technical resources when the deliverable requires specialized testing.
6. Document and remediate identified accessibility issues within PAID Digital's scope of responsibility.
7. Return corrected materials for client review when appropriate.
6. People with Disabilities and Stakeholder Feedback
PAID Digital values direct stakeholder feedback and recognizes the importance of considering accessibility from the perspective of people who use accessible communications and assistive technologies. When appropriate and available, we welcome feedback from people with disabilities and will seek specialized accessibility review when a project requires expertise beyond our internal capabilities.
7. Third-Party Platforms, Vendors, and Technical Resources
PAID Digital uses third-party platforms, software, media systems, and vendors in delivering client work. We consider accessibility when selecting and using these resources and communicate applicable accessibility requirements to vendors when appropriate. Professional Computer Concepts (PCC) serves as PAID Digital's external managed IT and technology services partner for our broader technology infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and IT environment.
PAID Digital may also engage other qualified technical accessibility resources when specialized accessibility testing or remediation is required. PAID Digital does not attribute WCAG certification or conformance services to a third-party provider unless that provider has expressly confirmed those services.
8. Accessibility Issues and Remediation
If an accessibility barrier is identified in a PAID Digital-produced deliverable, we will review the issue and work promptly to remediate it within the scope of our responsibility. Accessibility concerns are routed to the designated Accessibility Representative, who coordinates the appropriate creative, production, operational, or technical response.
Where an issue involves a third-party platform or technology outside PAID Digital's direct control, we will work with the applicable provider, client, or technical resource to identify a reasonable path forward and, where feasible, provide an accessible alternative.
9. Accessibility Representative and Feedback
We welcome feedback regarding accessibility barriers in PAID Digital-produced content or on our website. Tricia Conwell, Owner, is the owner of this policy and retains executive oversight. Marnee Banks, Finance & Operations Director, is the designated Accessibility Representative and Officer in Charge, responsible for day-to-day accessibility administration, coordination, implementation, documentation, and remediation.
Accessibility inquiries may be directed to:
Marnee Banks, Finance & Operations Director | Accessibility Representative & Officer in Charge PAID Digital Media

We will acknowledge accessibility concerns as promptly as practical, review the issue, and coordinate appropriate remediation or an alternative means of access when applicable.
10. Training, Governance, and Continuous Improvement
Tricia Conwell, Owner of PAID Digital Media, is the owner of this policy and retains executive oversight and responsibility for PAID Digital's accessibility commitment. Marnee Banks, Finance & Operations Director, is the designated Accessibility Representative and Officer in Charge, with responsibility for day-to-day accessibility coordination, implementation, documentation, review, and remediation. Creative, production, media, operations, and technical resources are expected to incorporate accessibility requirements applicable to their work.
PAID Digital will periodically review this policy, our accessibility practices, and relevant standards as technologies, client requirements, and accessibility guidance evolve. The policy should be reviewed at least annually and updated when material changes are needed.
11. Website Accessibility Statement
This policy is intended to support PAID Digital's public commitment to accessibility. A public-facing version may be published on paiddigital.ai and linked from the website footer under the title "Accessibility." The public statement should remain easy to find and should provide a direct method for users to report accessibility barriers.
